— Temporal Vortex

fukoDango, dango…(wth!)

And so… This time I quite see some Tomoyo(s) around the anime blogosphere so I told myself I think I should check out Clannad myself and there~~ One thing that motivated me to watch this series on the first place is Tomoyo. I’ve been seeing avatars where she is on the action. I thought it was just “fanpic” so I didn’t bother but I did saw it on the series so I was dumbfounded when I immediately saw it on episode 1.

I’m impressed… Yes, they didn’t came up with any Uguus~ , Auus~ and Gaus~ this time. Well, I have to say though that Fuko’s arc is very Kanon-ish and Air-ish… Well, I can’t blame them. I think they are fond of that plot twist. I’m not saying that it is bad. It is just predictable though(for those who watched Air and Kanon like me). There was also this wheat field with strange lights. I think I saw it from both Air and Kanon.

I don’t know what does the starfish symbolizes throughout the series(or maybe they just want it to be starfish). I have to admit it, I also want to receive that sculpture Fuko holds XD. By the way, I have researched what it symbolizes and I think it quite figures why they chose starfish as the symbol.

And yes… I have finished Kure-nai because I was intrigued when I saw it weeks ago on several anime blogs.

This is the first time for me to blog about Macross Frontier even though I have watched it since it’s premier. It’s just that I didn’t watch the previous seasons of Macross.

I didn’t liked the first part of the episode because all they did was to recapitulate what happened so far. Good thing there were songs that didn’t make me bored. So far, it really is puzzling and I like animes like these. There are so many mysteries that awaits to be disclosed. By the way, Grace became the leader of Sheryl’s new project[does that mean Sheryl was dumped? *hehe* go Ranka!!!]. I almost forgot that this series is Macross, a MECHA anime. It almost looked to me as if its a musical anime. Even so, it’s great.

I have been searching for manga now and then of Gakuen Alice. I have found this link recommended by OneManga for the anime. They do the scanlations yey~! They translated from the part where the anime ends so I can follow it even though there are some missing links like seeing a penguin [which is Amanatsu in anime]. I also saw some 15 year old drawings and I don’t know if they did really aged in the academy after several years. I found out that they just ate an age-altering candy. By the way, they’ve got the scans at rapidshare so it’s very accesible, it might be slow to download though.

Because I heard there would be a third installment for this series, I finished the 2 previous season just this June so that I would be able to ride on the same boat with everyone. By the way, I also watched this on crunchyroll because my brother insists that it is just somehow a modernized tsundere Akazukin Chacha. Even so, Omni-senpai has Louise as his banner at his site so I tried to give it a shot since he is also choosy when it comes to what to watch. A friend of mine also recommended it to me but I didn’t have time during those days. It is about magic so maybe I could see some cool spells.

Just like what others said about the series, I also didn’t like much the second season because too many insignificant characters were introduced. Because of that, I wasn’t able to see Tabitha and Kirsche that much. I always thought that it would be cool if the students would be the one to always defeat the enemies.

The war thing made the show kind of insipid. If only they focus on the Magic Academy alone, then the series would have gone far on ratings even it is not that long in episodes.

I hope the season 3 would be great just like the first one. Oh well, I’m planning on finishing the series so whatever happens… The show became so much senseless when they tried to focus it with the war. Since it is already finished, they must not put up one again. Please…

If ever there is a thing they must focus other than the Academy, that is Saito’s origins, the Void Magic, and other things that revolves around Louise since she is the protagonist here…
